Best known as a cutting-edge songwriter and solo artist, as the lead singer of Toilet Boys, and as “a pioneer in the DJ world” (Marc Spitz/Spin), Guy Furrow (a.k.a. Miss Guy) grew up in the Rock scene of New York City with mentors including Deborah Harry and Boy George.
Throughout his music career, Guy was photographed by some of the best. He now shifts the camera, producing stunning portraits of celebrities, music icons, and New York City's most beautiful creatures of the night. His work has been featured in the New York Post, ABC News, San Francisco Chronicle, Consequence of Sound, Cityscape, Newcastle Herald, and more. His photographs have also been used on merchandise for Blondie and Cindy Wilson of the B-52s as well as the back cover of Blondie's latest album, Pollinator, with artwork by Shepard Fairey.
